Currently at a unique inflection point, the inbound engine is a "cash cow," they are looking for a leader to manage inbound and build and scale the outbound strategy. You’ll inherit a high-performing NYC team of 5 (who overdelivered by 25%+ last year) and hire 3-4 more. You have carte blanche to build the outbound playbooks and scale the team. In an era of AI transformation, the product is highly tailored, allowing you to sell to almost any department within an organization. Key characteristics:
• A SaaS leader who can identify data trends and translate them into outbound campaigns.
• Experience managing both inbound and outbound functions: volume 1000 leads a month.
Centrally located in Midtown alongside the CEO and VP of Sales, your manager is based in the UK. You’ll have a strong 2:1 AE-to-SDR ratio and a leadership group that is heavily invested in your success.
Comp: $125-150k (Total OTE: $160-$200k) + equity (stock options). Benefits include flexible time off, 401K + match, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life), global travel, continued learning etc!

Responsibilities
- Coach & Mentor: Lead a team of SDRs and BDRs to hit and exceed their pipeline goals.
- Performance Tracking: Use data to monitor results, adjust tactics, and hold the team accountable.
- Modern Tools: Integrate AI and automation to speed up outreach and personalization.
- Demand Gen: Launch and refine inbound/outbound campaigns to see what drives the most leads.
- Leading by Example: Stay hands-on by managing a small individual prospecting quota.
- Cross-Team Alignment: Work with Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging and lead quality.
