Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Your daily impact will revolve around ensuring the integrity of our derivatives trading lifecycle and mitigating operational risk:
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for brokers, as well as internal and external clients, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
- Clearing & Margining: Execute clearing services for select clients and manage the end-to-end margining process for all derivatives-related trades.
- Risk Mitigation: Monitor trade files to ensure all margin calls are issued by the end of the day (EOD). Proactively reach out to clients regarding settlement intentions and monitor aging margin fails to maintain strict regulatory compliance.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve trade and position breaks quickly to minimize market exposure.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous refinement of operational workflows to enhance team efficiency.
