Your Impact and Opportunities: You will play an integral role in our clients success story by leading the operational and financial health of a 600+ vehicle ecosystem. Your contributions will include:
- Strategic Asset Oversight: Architect the annual "Fall Buy" vehicle replacement cycles and manage the full lifecycle of company fleet and pool vehicles.
- Financial Stewardship: Audit monthly billing, verify interest rates, and prepare high-level reports for finance and accounting, including fuel, maintenance, and expense accruals.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Lead the implementation of Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks, coordinate with risk management and insurance partners, and maintain our driver violation database.
- Innovation & Sustainability: Spearhead initiatives such as our transition to digital mileage tracking and lead sustainability projects that reduce our environmental footprint.
- Training & Mentorship: Conduct new hire fleet training and provide field supervisors with guidance on remedial actions for drivers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Proven Operational Expertise: 6+ years managing large-scale fleet operations, maintenance approvals, and registrations.
- Analytical Rigor: The ability to synthesize complex data points into actionable insights for leadership and accounting.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in fleet management software (e.g., ELEMENT) and expense/mileage tools (e.g., Concur, Genesys) is highly advantageous.
- Dedication to Precision: Meticulous attention to detail in data management, payroll reconciliation, and regulatory documentation
