We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Representative to join our Account Transfer Services team. This role serves as a vital link between our internal branch network, client service groups, and external broker-dealers.

As a representative, you will gain deep expertise in the Automated Customer Account Transfer (ACAT) process, handling complex financial transactions across a wide range of products. Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities include:

- Providing ACAT (deliver and Receive) process support to all Morgan Stanley Branches, Digital Direct Client Service and Stockplan groups
- Answering inquiries via case/phone
- Interaction (phone/email) with other broker dealer firms
- Provide support to outsourced vendor
- Escalate any issues accordingly
- Participation in team meetings to share best practices, understand volume trends, contribute to solutions

ACAT Process (2 years of experience is preferred)

Escalation (1 year of experience is required)

Account Management (1 year of experience is required)
