This is a long-term contract opportunity with an expected duration through September 2026, offering stability and the chance to own a high-impact project within a global organization.
We are looking for a self-starter who doesn't need a map to find the answer. The ideal candidate brings:
- A solid background in shipping, logistics coordination, or EDI processing.
- Prior experience with JD Edwards or a similar large-scale ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is highly preferred.
- The ability to look at a data error and trace it back to the source across multiple departments.

Responsibilities
- Locate, audit, and validate essential shipping documents and Proof of Delivery (POD) records to resolve billing disputes.
- Identify correct Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) numbers and resubmit data through customer portals to ensure seamless invoicing.
- Execute ship confirmations within JD Edwards to trigger accurate customer billing and maintain real-time inventory logs.
- Collaborate with the on-site shipping team to standardize scanning procedures and train personnel on proper documentation workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the AR team, escalating missing data and ensuring all factory contacts provide necessary documentation.
