Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews and intakes to understand client needs and determine eligibility for services.
• Order and manage critical I-9 documentation for clients to ensure employment readiness.
• Issue clothing and ID vouchers to help clients prepare for interviews and legal requirements.
• Connect clients with vital community resources and referrals for basic needs (housing, food security, health).
• Actively enroll and onboard clients into specialized training programs.
• Manage high-volume phone lines and digital communications with professional poise.
