- Must be technical skill set and proficient with Excel

Responsibilities
- Clerical duties involve setting up backhauls that drivers pick up and assisting with EZ Claims to consistently address and close them out.
- Assist with Will Call process, work closely with the Will Call Clerk daily. Assisting other clerks with completing end-of-day processes.
- Will be walking between docks in the cold area (35 degrees)
- An operations clerk handles office duties for a company's top executive.
- Operations clerks answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, type reports and letters written by chief officers, and handle an array of other related tasks.
