Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Handle correspondence related to Accounts Receivable accounting functions.
- Assist with performing weekly and monthly reconciliation and invoice review.
- Research and resolve transactions using a ticketing system
- Review daily service center tickets and email correspondence from internal and external customers to ensure accurate processing of daily redemptions.
- Prepare and generate appropriate client reports for internal and external individuals in an accurate and timely manner.
- Generate departmental reporting used for billing and reconciliation.
- Assist in monitoring and researching open receivables working diligently in a high volume environment.
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a detail-oriented work environment in Billing, AR, or AP.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Excel Skills: Pivot Tables and Vlookup
