Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects involving CRM and SAP systems to enhance customer service operations.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to streamline order entry, tracking, and management within SAP and CRM platforms.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders into the system.
- Support the implementation of system updates that improve customer interaction and data accuracy.
- Coordinate training sessions for customer service staff on new system features or processes.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and customer service staff to resolve system issues impacting customer orders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet customer service improvement goals.
- Maintain clear documentation of project activities, workflows, and system changes.
- Facilitate communication to ensure customer service teams are informed of system updates and best practices.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and customer service impact.
