Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement modifications to seating plans and equipment layouts using AutoCAD.
- Develop colored elevations/renderings using Photoshop or other graphics software.
- Assemble design-related materials and document releases for projects to consultants.
- Coordinate with architects on plan distribution to vendors and review vendor quotations for accuracy.
- Interface with Food Service Designers and Construction Project Managers to resolve design-related challenges.
- Assist in maintaining Design Department data storage systems (e.g., Expesite, Companies FTP site).
- Manage document archival processes and coordinate with consultant teams for documentation formatting and transmittal.
