- 1–3 years of administrative or operational experience. Background in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary "Director of First Impressions," orchestrating front-office operations, managing high-level inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and executive partners
- Manage vendor relationships and proactively oversee the procurement of office assets and supplies to ensure zero downtime for the team
- Maintain a high-standard, professional office environment, ensuring all communal and conference spaces are "client-ready" at all times
- Take ownership of document control and internal databases, ensuring that critical project information, reports, and spreadsheets are accurate, professional, and audit-ready
- Provide essential administrative backing to project teams, assisting with the flow of technical documents and records retention
- Streamline the accounts payable process by managing invoices, receipts, and expense reports with high precision
- Facilitate a world-class onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating orientation materials, credentials, and initial administrative training
- Serve as the central communication hub, distributing vital company updates and ensuring departments remain aligned
