Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Reconcile inventory discrepancies and research root causes.
- BOM Management: Work directly with Bills of Materials to ensure production accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Lead and audit the work of the cycle count team.
- Process Management: Complete all counts per the schedule, maintaining total integrity of the data.
- Documentation: Organize and file cycle counts by date; prepare detailed documentation packets for management review.
- System Updates: Research and post inventory adjustments within the ERP system.
- Compliance: Perform regular audits of counts performed by staff to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Expert Excel Skills: You should be highly proficient.
- Manufacturing Experience: Proven track record working with materials in a production environment.
- ERP Familiarity: QAD experience is highly preferred, though not required.
- Leadership: Previous experience managing or leading cycle counters is a significant plus.
- Analytical Mindset: strong ability to research discrepancies and identify "the why" behind the numbers.
