We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Rhode Island team. This role serves as the vital link between our manufacturing floor and our global client base. The ideal candidate will manage the full order lifecycle—from initial inquiry and material selection to final shipment—ensuring that our commitment to quality is matched by our excellence in service.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Order Lifecycle Management: Facilitate the end-to-end processing of textile orders, including entry, tracking, and status updates for wholesale and retail accounts.
  
  
• Technical Product Liaison: Act as a knowledgeable resource for clients regarding fabric specifications, lead times, dye lot consistencies, and finishing options.
  
  
• Production Coordination: Collaborate closely with the production and warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery of custom and stock orders.
  
  
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns regarding shipments, returns, or quality discrepancies with a focus on speed and professional diplomacy.
  
  
• Account Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer profiles and pricing structures within our CRM/ERP system to ensure seamless recurring transactions.
