We are seeking a highly organized, technically-inclined Industrial Administrative Assistant to serve as the central hub of our daily industrial operations. This is not a traditional administrative role; it is a fast-paced position that sits at the intersection of logistics, technical troubleshooting, and high-level customer service. The ideal candidate is a "systems thinker" who can manage a high volume of inbound calls while simultaneously monitoring digital asset dashboards and reconciling complex data sets. You will be the primary point of contact for field personnel and clients, ensuring that hardware, software, and physical logistics remain perfectly synchronized. If you have a detective’s eye for detail and a natural ability to master new technology quickly, you will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for field personnel and clients, troubleshooting hardware/software interface issues in real-time.
  
  
• Complex Data Reconciliation: Perform daily audits of site transactions against physical inventory logs to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
  
  
• Logistics Coordination: Facilitate communication between third-party transport providers, onsite managers, and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery schedules.
  
  
• System Triage: Diagnose and "tier" incoming service requests, distinguishing between simple user errors and critical system failures that require technician dispatch.
  
  
• Documentation Management: High-accuracy processing of industrial shipping documents, work orders, and compliance certificates.
