Responsibilities
- Accurate entry of complex, multi-line manufacturing orders into our ERP system, verifying part numbers, pricing, and lead times.
- Coordinate with the production, scheduling, and shipping departments to provide customers with real-time updates on order status and potential delays.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product specifications, compatibility, and availability by leveraging technical manuals and internal databases.
- Manage RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), shipping discrepancies, and billing inquiries with a focus on speed and customer retention.
