Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration with total precision and compliance.
- Payroll: Process semi-monthly and weekly US payrolls for exempt/non-exempt staff, ensuring accurate tax withholdings and legal compliance.
- Reporting: Maintain records for retirement plans, time sheets, leave, and taxes.
- Collaboration: Partner with Accounting to ensure seamless payroll funding and reconciliation.
- Analysis: Audit payroll/benefit systems to identify errors and improve workflows.
- Benefits: Support the full lifecycle, including enrollments, life events, and leave tracking.
- Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and benefit inquiries.
- Experience: 3+ years in HR, specifically focused on payroll processing.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills: High level of discretion, integrity, and judgment for a private office setting.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written skills to engage with a sophisticated workforce.
- Aptitude: Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to take direction.
- Professionalism: Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential data.
