Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate various metal fabrication machines (e.g., CNC machines, presses, roll formers, or saws).
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular inspections of finished products against blueprints and technical specifications to ensure zero defects.
- Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials (steel coils, aluminum sheets, etc.) and prepare finished goods for shipping.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine equipment maintenance and report any technical malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and internal safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
