Responsibilities
- High-Volume Invoice Processing: This team oversees the full-cycle AP process for approximately 10,000 invoices per week, ensuring precision in coding and processing.
- Reconciliation & Integrity: Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations to identify variances, outstanding invoices, or credit balances to ensure financial data integrity.
- Workflow Optimization: Efficiently scan, distribute, and track invoices and expense reports across multiple departments and franchise entities.
- Vendor Partnership: Maintain great relationships with vendors by proactively resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely, error-free payments.
- Compliance & Documentation: Manage vendor compliance by collecting and maintaining current W-9 forms and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Experience: 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable processing.
- Analytical Mindset: You don’t just enter data; you understand the "why" behind the numbers and look for ways to improve efficiency.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and a working knowledge of modern accounting ERP systems; NetSuite is a plus.
- Resilience: A "thick-skinned," proactive attitude that allows you to excel in a high-pressure, high-growth environment with direct leadership.
