Responsibilities
- Customer Logistics Liaison: Provide high-tier service by managing shipment notifications (ASNs) and confirming order fulfillment via internal systems.
- Inventory Integrity: Accurately receive stock into the ERP system (JDE), facilitate cycle counts, and assist with full physical inventory audits.
- Shipping Coordination: Prepare essential transport documents including Bill of Ladings (BOLs), packing lists, and custom shipping labels.
- Production Support: Print and distribute Kanban signals to Material Handlers to ensure seamless part flow on the floor.
- Documentation Management: Handle high-volume digital filing, including scanning shipping/receiving records and routing accounting-related mail.
- Problem Solving: Actively monitor back-order lists and "short ships" to resolve discrepancies before they impact the client.
