This is a mission-critical role where your organizational skills directly impact production uptime and customer satisfaction. As an Inventory Coordinator, you are the gatekeeper of the facility's assets. Your accuracy ensures that the right parts reach the right customers at the right time, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency. What you bring:  1–3 years of experience navigating the fast-paced nature of a manufacturing or distribution hub. Experienced using JDE (JD Edwards) or a comparable enterprise resource tool to track high-volume movements. Ability to pivot between high-speed data entry and the physical labeling/scanning requirements of a busy shipping office

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily intake of raw materials and finished goods into the JDE system, ensuring every item is accounted for upon arrival.
• Act as the primary dispatcher for the warehouse floor by issuing Kanban cards and work instructions to the Material Handling teams.
• Authorize and generate critical transport paperwork, including Bill of Ladings, specialized customer labels, and packing slips.
• Take ownership of the back-order and "short-ship" lists, investigating gaps in stock levels to prevent shipping delays.
• Maintain a rigorous digital filing system by scanning all receiving logs and logistics records for internal audits and accounting reviews.
• Transmit Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) and confirm order completions to keep client portals updated in real-time.
• Lead the charge in regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory events to ensure the ERP system reflects true shelf counts.
