Long Term, possible temp to hire Accounts Payable Analyst - Hyrbrid role with 3 days a week in the Rockville, MD headquarters / 2 days remote.

Looking for experience with automation, AI, OCR, or any type of automated systems. 3 years AP experience in automated world, with various ERP financial systems experience in both invoice processing and expense report processing

Responsibilities

Very busy o In the beginning – Processing invoices would be majority of the day through Auditoria (task driven software, AI software they use to process invoices and also their AP helpdesk). Responding to inquires, all AP related. Eventually will consist of setting up suppliers, making supplier changes, supplier updates. They will do this process through Auditoria, but there are different paths to process invoices – also process directly into workday, would also be able to look things up in Workday. VIB Files (upload of invoices), would get trained on processing expense reports. Responding to all different emails. Dealing with internal and external customers.
