We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Controller to lead the core accounting operations and serve as a strategic financial partner to the US manufacturing team.

In this role, you will ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and maintain robust internal controls while providing the data-driven insights necessary for operational success. You will oversee a small, dedicated accounting team and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and driving cost-accounting accuracy.

The successful candidate will bring deep manufacturing experience, advanced proficiency in ERP systems, and a sharp analytical mind. We are seeking a hands-on leader who is passionate about coaching and developing their team but also ready to 'roll up their sleeves' to solve complex challenges on the manufacturing floor.



salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations: Oversee AP, AR, and all general ledger transactions. Develop, maintain and enhance internal controls.

Manufacturing & Cost Accounting: Lead standard costing, variance analysis, labor and overhead allocation.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis: Manage the annual budgeting process and forecasts.

Compliance & Audit: Coordinate external audits and tax filings with CPA firms. Support cash management and treasury functions.

Systems & Process Improvement: Oversee ERP accounting modules and drive enhancements and automation in financial processes.

Team Leadership: Develop, lead and mentor accounting staff. Create a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
