We are seeking a professional, high-energy Client Service Receptionist to serve as the vital first point of contact for our clients and patients. This is not just a "front desk" role; it is a collaborative position that sits at the center of our clinical and commercial operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every caller receives immediate, accurate, and courteous assistance. When you aren't on the phone, you will act as a "traffic controller" for our internal data—sorting faxes, assigning portal requests, and supporting our Client Service Associates (CSAs) with critical administrative tasks in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Communications Lead: Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner to prevent voicemails; provide surface-level updates on order statuses and re-fax documents as requested.
• Knowledge Ambassador: Master high-level information regarding Hologic products, testing processes, and billing cycles to answer client inquiries effectively.
• Inbox & Fax Management: Monitor and sort the shared Client Services Outlook inbox, distributing electronic faxes and emails to the correct associates based on their specific territories.

Required:

• Must-Have: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to learn and navigate internal databases; experience with Salesforce is a significant plus.
