As our Service Coordinator, you are the bridge between our customers in the field and our technicians on the road. You’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a service call, from the initial "help" phone call to the final invoice. What You Bring to the Table

- Systems Pro: High proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and the MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Logistics Mindset: Experience in scheduling or dispatching, preferably in a technical or industrial field.
- Communication Style: You can talk to a high-level project manager and a field technician with equal ease and clarity.
- Adaptability: You’re comfortable with technology and can quickly learn the ins and outs of industrial cooling systems.
- Team Player: You understand that when the techs win, the company wins. You’re here to support the team.
salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Create and track service tickets for repairs and maintenance calls.
- Coordinate schedules for technicians.
- Assist with travel planning for service calls (includes accommodations and logistics)
- Collect technician timesheets and prepare service billing
- Document warranty work in a timely manner
- Order parts for technicians and ship to customer sites or supply to technicians
- Act as the point of contact for service scheduling and status updates
- Utilize ERP and MS Office daily
