Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. (Hybrid after training) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing team in Londonderry. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and production timelines are communicated effectively.

Responsibilities
- Order Management: Accurately enter and manage high-volume customer orders within SAP, ensuring all pricing, discounts, and shipping details are correct.
- Production Liaison: Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and shipping departments to provide customers with real-time updates on order status and lead times.
- Issue Resolution: Professionally handle customer inquiries, shipping discrepancies, and returns (RMAs) with a focus on quick and effective resolution.
- Account Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date customer profiles and documentation in our database.
- Communication: Act as a bridge between the sales team and the manufacturing floor to ensure client expectations are met.
