- Strategic Planning: Solidify long-term work plans and enhance project estimates to optimize asset depreciation and license extensions.
- Collaborative Leadership: Mobilize diverse stakeholders—from engineering and finance to external vendors—to streamline project implementation and gain authorization approvals.
- Risk Mitigation: Meticulously manage project work plans and work breakdown structures to minimize risks and resolve field-based challenges through plant observations.
- Innovation & Excellence: Utilize cutting-edge tools to monitor financials and escalate concerns, ensuring the seamless movement of vital energy initiatives.
- Proven Expertise: 5–7 years of comprehensive, full-lifecycle project management experience.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in managing project budgets exceeding $1M; finance background is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Nuclear background (commercial or Navy) is highly preferred. Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Construction Engineering (ABET accreditation) is a significant advantage.
- Advanced Tools: Familiarity with SAP, Unifier, MS Project, P6/Primavera, or UKG Workday.
- Certifications: PMP or SRO certifications are strongly preferred.
