What You’ll Do As our BI Analyst, you won't just move data; you’ll give it purpose. You will lead complex analytics projects independently and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our data ecosystem is robust and insightful.
- Build & Maintain: Design and troubleshoot advanced Power BI dashboards and visualizations that tell a clear story.
- Data Engineering: Develop and manage data flows within Azure Data Factory (ADF) and implement sophisticated data models/queries.
- Operational Excellence: Use tools like Plex QMS to extract data and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all reporting.
- Collaborate & Consult: Act as a bridge between IT and business partners, translating high-level objectives into technical solutions and data governance standards.
- Innovate: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements while troubleshooting existing Power Applications.

Responsibilities
• 2 yrs of experience building and troubleshooting data flows in Azure Data Factory (ADF). Experience with Dataiku and Alteryx is a plus.
• Design, build, troubleshoot and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• 2 yrs of experience with Plex QMS tool usage and data extraction preferred.
• Devise and implement data models and queries to support analytic requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business partners to understand objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead and execute complex analytics projects and initiatives independently.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of data and reporting outputs.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
