Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analyst for planning and forecasting needs that directly support the company's production and manufacturing goals.
- Perform in-depth data analysis for purchasing, procurement, and buying processes, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization in the supply chain that services production.
- Utilize data analysis tools, with a strong emphasis on PowerBI and Excel, to create reports, dashboards, and models crucial for production planning.
- Support inventory management and process improvements across various operational areas, including collaboration with contact manufacturing and internal warehouse functions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Business and Services Director, to ensure planning aligns with overall business strategy.
- Proven experience in a data analysis or analyst role, preferably in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or a manufacturing-related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation and modeling.
- Strong experience in creating and managing data visualizations and dashboards using PowerBI.
- Solid understanding of analytical concepts and their application to business processes.
- Familiarity with systems like SAP is a relevant skill for this role and other related positions (e.g., warehouse operations).
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical teams.
