We are partnering with a very fast-growing, publicly traded company to find a "sharp" and "well-spoken" Executive Finance Administrator.
This is a newly created "blended" position supporting the Chief Accounting Officer and SVP of Finance. The role is designed for a high-performer who wants to move beyond standard gatekeeping: the workload is approximately 75% Executive Assistant and 25% Project Management.

Responsibilities
- Executive Operations: Manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate domestic/international travel, and handle expense reconciliation via Concur.
- Project Coordination (The "Finance" Part): You will not be doing math or closing books. Instead, you will manage the logistics and schedule of the financial close process to ensure the team stays on track.
- Stakeholder Mgmt: Serve as the liaison for external auditors (KPMG, E&Y) and banking partners.
- Meeting Prep: Draft agendas, organize materials, and capture action items for earnings calls and board meetings.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting, Finance or similar concentration is highly desired.
- Experience: 5+ years supporting senior Finance executives (Public Company preferred).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneNote, Teams) is essential. For Excel, you need to be functional (spreadsheets/columns), but advanced skills like macros are not required.
- Availability: This is an on-site role (5 days/week) in Las Vegas. While not a 24/7 role, flexibility outside standard 9-5 hours may be required for travel or urgent items.
- Soft Skills: Must be polished, maintaining the highest discretion with confidential earnings/board info.
