- Architect the Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end development of institutional products, including Synthetic GICs and Stable Value CITs, ensuring launch readiness.
- Drive Strategic Execution: Develop and manage rigorous project plans and milestones to ensure seamless delivery within the engagement period.
- Partner for Success: Collaborate with Law, Actuarial, Finance, and Distribution teams to align product structures with regulatory and financial goals.
- Engineer Financial Solutions: Direct pricing and financial modeling efforts to validate product feasibility and drive critical launch decisions.
- Champion Integrity: Spearhead contract drafting and reviews, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to secure robust agreements.
- Institutional Expertise: Proven experience with Synthetic GICs, stable value products, or CITs.
- Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product initiatives in insurance or asset management.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated background in financial modeling and pricing for institutional vehicles.
- Regulatory Acumen: Skilled in working with legal teams on contract drafting and filing requirements.
