Responsibilities

• General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts and assist with the month-end/year-end closing process.
  
  
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Support the processing of invoices, expense reports, and collections to ensure healthy cash flow.
  
  
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet) in accordance with GAAP.
  
  
• Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
  
  
• Tax Compliance: Support the preparation of sales tax filings and provide documentation for annual audits.
  
  
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and streamline accounting workflows.
