Core Responsibilities
- Procurement: Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders for materials and services.
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure system accuracy.
- Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including customs documentation.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain regulatory records (SDS) and ensure material safety standards.
- Technical Proficiency: High level of competence in MS Word, Excel, and web-based research.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent mathematical ability (calculating discounts, percentages, and interest) and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Communication: Above-average verbal and written skills for effective vendor management and internal collaboration.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to work independently, follow complex oral/written instructions, and interpret safety/procedure manuals.
- Logistics: Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Execute the full lifecycle of purchase orders for materials and services, including price negotiation, order tracking, and vendor data maintenance.
- Inventory Control & Reconciliation: Manage raw material stock levels through routine cycle counts, annual audits, and system reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to delinquent orders, billing inconsistencies, and shipping errors, including the processing of material returns.
- Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including the preparation of commercial invoices, freight arrangements, and local supply pickups.
- Compliance & Safety Oversight: Maintain regulatory documentation for hazardous materials and ensure all incoming chemicals meet safety standards before production release.
