Responsibilities

• Work closely with the business, technology, and experience teams ensuring all stakeholders understand and adopt to both existing and emerging Product Lifecycle Management capabilities and platforms
• Act as the main contact for users, offering guidance, resolving issues, and answering product-related inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to share system updates, gather user feedback, and guarantee business objectives are met in PLM system upgrades.
• Create and maintain user-friendly materials, including release notes and training guides, to promote successful adoption.
• Assist in basic product management tasks, such as detailing requirements, testing new features, and keeping track of enhancement requests.
• Help develop change management plans and adoption strategies to guarantee clear communication and seamless integration of new functionalities.
• Track and report on how users are engaging with the system and overall adoption rates to pinpoint areas for better training, communication, or process improvements.
