Responsibilities

• Act as the lead point of contact for portal migration, managing inbound inquiries and performing proactive outbound outreach to ensure a seamless transition.
• Translate complex technical migration steps into clear, actionable instructions, empowering clients to navigate the new system with confidence.
• Pivot fluidly between customer-facing support and back-office tasks, including pulling and cleaning data within Microsoft Excel.
• Utilize root cause analysis and experience-based judgment to resolve escalated issues via phone and chat, collaborating with management when necessary.
• Engage in "right-fit" conversations, providing expert advice on our product suite to support customers at every stage of their journey.
