Responsibilities
1.Maintain and update daily and weekly production schedules in our operating systems.
2. Generate and adjust batch and filling schedules based on production demand (via forecasting and
shortages).
3. Communicate with Manufacturing, Filling, QC, and Supply Chain regarding daily schedule execution
and changes and ensure schedule changes are communicated clearly and promptly to Production
Scheduler.
4. Perform first pass review to verify work order readiness prior to execution, including raw material and
packaging availability, to properly support Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) functions.
5. Routine data entry for production KPIs and scheduling reports.
6. Maintain schedule & work order data accuracy in our operating systems.
7. Identify opportunities to improve schedule stability and execution efficiency.
8. Support continuous improvement efforts related to production planning and execution.
9. Follow ISO 9001 requirements related to planning & scheduling documentation.
10. As systems and processes mature, support forward-looking MRP execution, production planning and
SIOP preparation activities.
