In this role, you won't just be answering phones; you’ll be a key player in maintaining our reputation, educating our clients, and turning feedback into action.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Advocacy: Manage end-to-end customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and general communications.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively, ensuring all solutions align with current consumer laws.
- Proactive Education: Develop and launch organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate our customers before they even have to ask.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze customer survey data to develop and implement tangible improvement plans.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary bridge between the company and our clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Experience: At least 2+ years in a customer-facing or support role.
- Knowledge: Specialized education, training, or equivalent experience in customer service or communications.
- Process-Oriented Mindset: Comfort working within well-defined procedures and technical guidelines while managing a variety of daily routines.
- Compliance Awareness: A basic understanding of work routines in this discipline and a commitment to following consumer law.
salary: $15 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

The technical procedures for this level are well defined. The job works within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines. This job typically requires a minimum of 2 or more years experience.
