Responsibilities
Summary
Responsible for the end-to-end procurement of goods and services. This role ensures the cost-effective, timely, and quality acquisition of materials necessary to support the company’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track purchase requisitions and orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and pricing.
- Assist in vendor selection and negotiate pricing and terms to control costs.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, contracts, and reports.
- Coordinate with departments to monitor inventory and forecast supply needs.
- Proven experience in an administrative, procurement, or supply chain role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry.
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of procurement principles and vendor management.
- Japanese language proficiency is highly preferred.
