We are looking for a meticulous Data Migration & Integrity Coordinator to manage the hands-on transfer of critical business information into our new Point of Sale (POS) system. This role is the "final gatekeeper" of our data. You will be responsible for the high-volume entry, auditing, and manual configuration of financial records and site settings, ensuring that every piece of data is mapped accurately from the old system to the new one.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Data Entry: Execute the manual entry and upload of large-scale datasets, including complex inventory lists, SKU histories, and customer databases.
  
  
• Financial Record Reconciliation: Carefully migrate historical data, ensuring that the information moves over properly, and transaction logs in the new system match the legacy records to the cent.
  
  
• Site-Specific Setup: Manually configure unique parameters for each location.
  
  
• Data Auditing & Cleansing: Identify "dirty data" (duplicates, formatting errors, or outdated info) in the legacy system and correct it before it enters the new environment.
  
  
• Verification Reporting: Perform line-by-line "spot checks" after each migration phase to guarantee 100% data parity between the source and the destination.
