Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end processing of samples—including unboxing, organizing, and tracking—to ensure the team has immediate access to the latest product iterations.
- Conduct rigorous inspections of all incoming samples against product data to identify inconsistencies.
- Partner with the broader Merchandising team to track ETAs and route samples
- Maintain and update tracking databases to ensure all stakeholders have real-time visibility into sample status and locations.
- Prior experience in retail environments, sample coordination, or managing stock inventory is highly regarded.
- Working knowledge of Mac and PC platforms, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with database management tools.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Work on-site at our vibrant San Francisco headquarters within a world-class Merchandising department.
- Direct exposure to the global product lifecycle and mentorship from the Director of Merchandising.
- The opportunity to work on a global scale, supporting the "Global Line Launch" for high-visibility product categories.
