Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Support: Monitor company job boards, review incoming applications, and proactively reach out to qualified candidates to move them through the hiring funnel.
  
  
• Onboarding & Compliance: Initiate screening processes and distribute hiring packages. You will be the primary point of contact for new hires to ensure all TSA-required documentation, contracts, and tax forms are completed accurately.
  
  
• Document Management: Audit personnel and driver files for missing paperwork. You’ll be responsible for "chasing" signatures and missing data to maintain 100% audit readiness.
  
  
• Contracting & Reporting: Assist in the administration of driver contracts and generate weekly reports on recruitment metrics and compliance status.
  
  
• Special Projects: Support leadership with ad-hoc projects, which may include process improvements, event planning, or data entry for supply chain logistics.
