We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Agent to manage the end-to-end procurement process for an Orlando-based operations organization. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience sourcing both finished products and raw materials. You will be responsible for everything from initial sourcing and multi-quote analysis to final delivery and expediting.Ericor software experience is a plus. Pay varies depending on experience. Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Quoting: Review assigned jobs within the Epicor system; source and secure a minimum of three (3) competitive quotes for all required materials and supplies.
  
  
• PO Management: Execute Purchase Orders (POs) within Epicor and ensure accurate transmission to vendors/customers.
  
  
• Vendor Relations: Initiate requests for acknowledgement and maintain consistent communication to ensure all orders are confirmed and meet specifications.
  
  
• Expediting: Take full ownership of the post-order lifecycle. This includes tracking shipments, managing logistics updates, and resolving any delivery discrepancies or delays.
  
  
• Inventory Strategy: Maintain a deep understanding of raw material lead times to prevent production bottlenecks.
