This is a strategic Sales Operations role for a logistics professional who excels at the intersection of customer service and financial analysis. You will be the "right hand" to our outside sales team, managing the life cycle of shipments from rate negotiation to final dispute resolution.
What You Will Do:
- Directly negotiate or communicate rate requests with trade lines for Import, Export, and Foreign-to-Foreign business.
- Proactively analyze sales performance against budgets and assist the team with forecasting.
- Resolve customer sales-related issues, assist with credit/collections, and manage loss prevention related to billing.
- Ensure all filings (GRI, PSS, RRI) are correct; monitor KPIs and use CRM/PIERS data to validate business leads.
- Research target customers and develop high-quality sales presentations and competitive intelligence reports.
- Language: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Technical Mastery: Expert Excel skills (Pivot tables, complex functions, and formulae) and experience with SAP.
- Deep understanding of Incoterms and US Customs documentation like FTZ.
- Location: Must reside within 20 miles of Downtown Miami (33131).
