Your Responsibilities In this function, you will:
- Order Management: Daily entry and monitoring of customer orders to proactively manage and resolve late issues.
- Crisis Coordination: Prioritize and escalate "customer line down" situations and past due orders by collaborating with scheduling, production, and purchasing.
- Logistics & Inventory: Instruct the warehouse on fulfillment and replenishment; manage Bill of Ladings and schedule transportation.
- Customer Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert for capacity increases, safety stock requests, new product inquiries, and lead times.
- Internal Synergy: Coordinate material availability with purchasing and relay critical forecast data to appropriate internal departments.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain precise records, price entries, and complex spreadsheets to track business health.
- Ambassadorial Excellence: Represent Eaton through high-quality customer conversations and diligent follow-up.
- Safety & Compliance: Report unsafe conditions to management and keep the Customer Service Manager updated on all areas of concern.

Responsibilities
Serves as the customer’s advocate for Vehicle Group North America customers ensuring that superior levels of customer service are delivered for the assigned account responsibilities. This includes efficient and effective order management that provides on-time and complete shipments of products. This is achieved through monitoring customer requirements, problem resolution, and communicating effectively. Additionally, this includes reviewing inventory availability and coordination of shipments with Eaton manufacturing sites and distribution locations.
