Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
  
  
• Lead and accelerate the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process.
  
  
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  
  
•  Deep dive into manufacturing variances, labor efficiencies, and overhead allocation to ensure our pricing models reflect reality.
  
  
• Transition from historical reporting to predictive modeling. You will build the frameworks for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  
  
• Work directly with Production, Sales, and Supply Chain heads to interpret financial data into actionable operational improvements.
  
  
• Define and track "the numbers that matter"—OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), contribution margin by product line, and ROI on capital expenditures (CapEx).
  
  
• Support M&A activity, debt financing, and expansion into new markets through rigorous financial due diligence.
