Your Impact and Growth Opportunities This position moves beyond simple data entry, offering you the autonomy to manage sophisticated financial workflows:
- Master Financial Systems: Architect efficient invoice consolidation processes specifically utilizing Concur and SAP.
- Champion Policy Compliance: Apply your knowledge of accounting and financial procedures to resolve non-routine problems and provide expert policy guidance.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information while producing accurate, high-level accounting documentation.
- Direct Business Support: Act as a vital resource for accounting and supply chain teams, presenting financial data that informs strategic decisions.
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s in Accounting with 3+ years of related experience is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: A minimum of 2+ years using SAP is mandatory. Previous experience with Concur or SAP Concur is highly desired.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in a supplier-facing role is required. Background in Aerospace & Defense or aviation support is a major asset.
- Core Skills: Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to other professionals.
