Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all fencing, gate, and guardrail projects from start to completion
- Develop detailed material takeoffs and stock lists based on project requirements
- Apply knowledge of installation equipment and construction methods
- Manage projects as a General Contractor and/or Subcontractor
- Lead, coordinate, and motivate project teams
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards on all job sites
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and field conditions
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain attention to detail in a high-paced work environment
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience (Civil preferred; fence or guardrail experience strongly preferred)
- Proven leadership experience in project management
- planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build teamwork and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with BlueBeam and Infor CloudSuite Industrial is a plus
- time management skills and ability to adjust on the fly
- Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana
- Salary range: $75,000 – $115,000 per year
