We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. You’ll be the engine under the hood of our daily operations—handling everything from vendor relations and cash flow to ensuring our records are audit-ready. If you have experience with AS/400 and a knack for keeping things organized, you’ll fit right in.

salary: $25 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP): Process invoices, verify expense reports, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  
  
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Monitor aging reports, post incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  
  
• Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of bank statements to ensure accuracy across all accounts.
  
  
• Cash Management: Reconcile cash accounts and track daily cash flow movements.
  
  
• Data Management: Utilize AS/400 software for data entry, reporting, and financial record keeping.
  
  
• Audit Support: Assist in preparing documentation for month-end closing and annual audits.
