Join our Client Clearing Product Control team, where you will play a vital role in the daily financial integrity of our business. This position offers an immersive experience in producing daily Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for diverse strategies. You will act as a key investigator, reconciling Business Unit estimates against the firm’s sub-ledger and resolving daily breaks to ensure financial accuracy. **This is a premier opportunity for a budding finance professional to gain exposure to complex financial products and risk systems. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

•  P&L Production: Produce and validate daily P&L for numerous business strategies.
•  Reconciliation: Compare estimated P&L against sub-ledger data, identifying and resolving discrepancies (breaks).
•  System Integration: Develop a deep understanding of finance and risk systems to track information flow.
•  Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to explain P&L drivers and resolve issues.
• Requirements

Education & Experience: An Associate’s Degree with 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting OR * A Bachelor’s Degree with a demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Finance/Accounting.

•  Technical Skills: Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
•  Analytical Mindset:technical skills with a keen attention to detail.
•  Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross- departmental collaboration.
