A national, industry‑leading company is seeking a reliable, detail‑driven Inventory Control Specialist to join our Fort Collins team. This role is essential to keeping our operation running smoothly by ensuring accurate inventory levels, organized material flow, and dependable warehouse support.  

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records through thorough counting, tracking, and documentation
  
  
• Organize materials and manage the placement, pulling, and staging of items for storage or outbound shipment
  
  
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality
  
  
• Enter parts and materials into our tracking database with a high level of accuracy
  
  
• Support daily warehouse operations, including learning new technical processes and equipment
  
  
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and safety‑focused team environment

Responsibilities

• Proven experience working in a professional warehouse environment
  
  
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Outlook and email management
  
  
• Hands‑on experience moving, organizing, and staging materials in a warehouse setting
  
  
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs safely and consistently
  
  
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and related equipment
  
  
• Attention to detail; experience using spreadsheets and database tracking tools
  
  
• Comfortable working with computers; troubleshooting skills are a plus
  
  
• Excellent team player with the flexibility to take on a wide range of tasks
