Responsibilities
This role focuses heavily on new hire coordination and licensing support. Key daily activities include:
- Class Monitoring: Overseeing new hires during self-study and proctoring pre-exams to ensure compliance and integrity.
- Instruction & Onboarding: Meeting and greeting new hires, providing daily activity instructions, and escorting students to assigned classes.
- Administrative Tracking: Managing daily attendance, tracking course completions, and recording licensing exam results.
- Communication: Sending new hire updates to managers, coordinating vendor instructor sessions, and reporting class progress.
Assist the department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
- Lifecycle Management: Process employee lifecycle transactions, ensure paperwork completion, and manage document control.
- Compliance: Assist with I-9 verification (E-verify), drug screenings, background checks, and post-accident/random programs.
- Policy Support: Provide information on people processes and policies; process employment verification requests.
- Intranet & Reporting: Maintain employment forms on the Corporate Intranet and prepare reports/correspondence as directed.
